Insure a parcel or have it signed for

If you want to have the parcel insured (to max. €2500 excl. VAT), tick the ‘Insurance’ option. If you
want this, you must, as sender, retain the invoice for what you are sending as evidence. In addition, the
recipient must supply evidence if the parcel is lost and/or is damaged. You do this via mail and/or a
written document in which you demonstrate that the parcel has been lost and/or damaged by means
of a photograph.

If you want the recipient of the parcel to sign for receipt, tick the ‘Signature’ option.

IMPORTANT!
When you indicate ‘Insurance’, a signature is always included. Using the icons on the right, you can:

  • Copy a parcel label

  • Adapt your parcel label

  • Remove your parcel label

Click on the ‘Address book’ to indicate addresses that have been entered before. In this way, there is no need to enter them again. You can remove addresses from your address book using the trash. Then click on ‘Save’ to go further.

If you have completed everything correctly, click on the ‘Create label’ button.

File

When you want to create several parcel labels at once, you can import the addresses in one go
using an Excel file. On this template, you can indicate whether an insurance and/or signature is wanted.
