Registered mail

You can monitor the status of all your registered postal items and download receipts via the ‘Registered
mail’ page.

STATUS REGISTERED MAIL

  • Registered mail: Here you can find the unique barcode of your registered mail

  • Department: Here you see from which department the registered mail was sent

  • Processed on: Here you see when EasyPost processed your registered mail

  • Receive EPOD from bpost: Here you see when bpost submitted the receipt
    of your registered mail to us

  • Bpost stamp date: Here you see the date on which bpost processed the registered mail

RECEIPTS

The receipts are retained for 10 years on the customer portal. Using the search functions, you can also
search on barcode and/or you can filter on department and the bpost stamp date.
