This page shows a total overview of your number of jobs and number of sendings.

Jobs

On the left, you will see an overview of your jobs. Here you can check the status of your jobs.

• Success: This example shows that your 20 jobs have been processed successfully.

• In progress: This means that the processing of your jobs is still in progress.

• Action required: This status only applies to digital registered mailings. It requires an action: the mandate holder must approve or reject each digital registered mail item before it can be sent.

• Error: This status indicates that our system may have detected errors. When you click this, you will be redirected to the specific sending(s) and here you can view the error message.

In this example, our system gives the error message that the email address is invalid.

Sendings

On the right, you will see an overview of your sendings. Here you can check the status of your sendings.

• Success: This example shows that 40 out of 80 sendings have already been processed successfully.

• In progress: This example shows that 30 out of 80 sendings are still being processed.

• Failure: In this example, the system indicates that 10 sendings have failed. When you click this, you will be redirected to the specific sending(s) and here you can view the error message.
