Go to the customer portal and log in with your customer details.

At the top left, you can switch from the Classic to the Connect portal via the button. Via EasyPost Connect, you can manage all your communication flows (both physical and digital) quickly and efficiently. You can find more information on our website: www.easypost.eu

At top right, you see your account name and the user role allocated to you.

CHANGE PROFILE

  • Click on ‘Your profile’

  • In the ‘User details’ section, you can set your name, username, first name, last name and preferred language.

  • Then click on ‘Save’

MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA)

Multi-factor authentication is a method to verify the authenticity of a user in several ways. In addition
to entering their log-in details, the user must provide a second key in order to access the platform.
This method guarantees better security of accounts.

 

IMPORTANT!

To make use of MFA, you will need to have the Google Authenticator app.
You can download this free of charge from the AppStore on your smartphone.

  • Click on the button ‘Link device’

  • Scan the QR code displayed with your Google Authentication app

  • Enter the code generated by your authentication app in order to link your device

Your multi-factor authentication is now successfully set up. Every time you subsequently
log in to your portal, you will first have to enter the verification code generated by your
Authenticator app before you can gain access to the portal.

CHANGE PASSWORD

You can change your password in the ‘Change password’ sectio

  • Type your old password.

  • Then enter your new password.

  • Re-enter your new password and click on the ‘Change your password’ button.

DEPARTMENTS

In the ‘Departments’ section, you can consult the departments to which you have access.
